Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2-Torrent Power Limited. 2. In the present writ petition, authorities have issued notice dated 17.1.2025 against the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he has filed reply dated 25.2.2025. However, learned counsel for the respondents submits that no such reply has been submitted. 3. The petitioner wants to serve reply upon the authorities within seven days from date. Subsequent to receipt of said reply to the show cause notice, the respondents are directed to grant an opportunity of hearing and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of reply.
