Also heard Mr. H.A Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 6 and Mr. A Bora, learned standing counsel, N.H.M, Assam. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted by the applicant, who is the writ petitioner in WP(C)/1392/2020, for impleading “Ajufa Khatun” as respondent no. 8 in the connected Writ Petition. It is projected in the application that Ajufa Khatun was Page No.# 3/3 selected by the Gaon Sabha for appointment as a Asha Karmi after cancellation of the recommendation made, in this connection, in favour of the applicant by the same very Gaon Sabha and the ground assigned in the cancellation is clearly perverse. 3. This Court has perused the contentions raised in the said Interlocutory Application and is of the considered view that Ajufa Khatun is a necessary and proper party in the connected Writ Petition and accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application is allowed, permitting the petitioner to implead “Ajufa Khatun” in the connected Writ Petition, as respondent no. 8, in the following manner : “Ajufa Khatun, Wife of – Suleiman Ali, Resident of village- Monakacha, P.O & P.S- Kalgachia, District – Barpeta, Assam, Pin No. - 781319.” 4. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
