The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 216 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the thela (Rickshaw). 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the thela (Rickshaw) in question and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. Patna High Court CR. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Brahampur P.S.
