The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court, in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in CrI.P.No.4895 of 2024 in respect of Accused Nos,34, 35, 43 and 56 relaxed the similar condition imposed on the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur in CrI.M.P.No.1132 of 2025 in Crime No.650 of 2021 of Mangalagiri RuruI Police Station I'S relaxed. 4, Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
