Case No. 01 of 2018-19 as, according to the petitioner, the said land has been purchased by him and Jamabadi has also been running in his name, however without making him respondent and without hearing him in the aforesaid misc. case, the order of restoration has been passed. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take statutory recourse of preferring appeal against the impugned order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Misc.
