The present civil revision petition is preferred, aggrieved by the Order dated 29-11-2024 in E.A.No.33 of 2022 in E.P.No.29 of 2020 in O.S No.177 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guduru, Nellore District.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms. D.Gayathri, learned counsel representing Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the present petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
