Sessions Judge- III -Cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. On 12.08.2024, at about 9:30 pm, the petitioner took the victim to an isolated place and on knife point, he raped her. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the FIR has been registered after five days. It was further submitted that the victim has been medically examined but the medical report does not support the allegation.
