Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 222/2024, arising out of Bagodar P.S. Case No. 04/2024, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and cognizance has been taken under section 302 of IPC and Section 27(2) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Giridih. On 06.01.2024 between 03-04:00 P.M., the daughter of the informant died in her house due to firearm injury. It appears that she was having affairs with one Arun Kumar. It further appears from the FIR that Arun Kumar had given a pistol to the daughter of the informant. The informant and his family members were not ready to solemnize their marriage. It appears that the deceased had shot herself to death. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Giridih in connection with S.T Case No. 222/2024, arising out of Bagodar P.S.
