JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 27.11.2025 Heard Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. R. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 12. This is an application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.08.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No. 2, Dibrugarh in T.S. No. 199/2022. The said order was passed in relation to the Petition No. 884/2024. The petitioner, being the plaintiff, has submitted that he will procure the certified copies of the documents, as mentioned in the said order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No. 2, Dibrugarh for which he needs some time. According to Mr. Banik, if the trial continues without those documents, the petitioner will be prejudiced. Therefore, he has prayed for stay of the suit till the month of February, 2026. Having heard the learned counsel for both the sides, prayer of Mr. Banik is allowed. Therefore, the further proceeding of the T.S. No. 199/2022 pending in the court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No. 2, Dibrugarh shall remain stayed till 28.02.2026. Within that period, the petitioner/plaintiff shall procure the documents Page No.# 4/4 and file the same in to the record. After 28.02.2026, the trial court shall proceed to dispose of the matter in accordance with law. With the above, the present civil revision petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
