2. The petitioner has filed the instant petition with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly call the case diary of crime No. 69/2018 and directed the state to file statement of Ashish and Santosh Jaiswal and further be pleased to quash the FIR No. 69/2018 and quash/set aside the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 498/2020. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order, as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the trial has been concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted.
