Rommel, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of proposed respondent no. 3. Mr. R.K. Umakanta, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Ms. I. Sharmila, learned counsel appeared and placed before this Court an order dated 07.11.2025 issued by the Secretariat, Education (S), Department, Government of Manipur by which the suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked and reinstated the petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits. Court has already been complied with by the respondent, the present contempt petition can be closed. In response thereto, Mr. Serto T. Kom, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the consequential benefits of the petitioner is yet to be released by the Government even though it has been stated in the said order that the petitioner will be entitled to all such consequential benefits as admissible under the rules and the same will be extended to him. Recording the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present contempt petition as well as the connected application is hereby closed.
