This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 24.09.2025, moved by learned counsel for the applicants. 3. It seems that vide said order, this court permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire amount except the share of respondent nos.2 and 3, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that although such withdrawal 2 2-ca.10458 was together with accrued interest thereon, said portion has not been reflected in the order. 4. In view of the above, in clause (b) of the operative order dated 24.09.2025, the sentence “Such withdrawal shall be together with interest accrued thereon” be added.
