ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct th the respondents to act upon the proposals made by the 4 respondent/Tahsildar vide Ref.No.A/166/2022, dated 06.06.2022. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has furnished the proceedings dated 05.08.2025 addressed by the 4**^ respondent/Tahsildar, wherein it is held as

“3. While both the Tahsildar and RDO, Rayachoty are actively processing the case as per the statutory procedure, and the matter is yet to be placed before the District Level Committee for final orders, the petitioner has prematurely approached this Hon’ble Court \A/ithout exhausting the available remedy under the Act. The authorities have not denied any rights but are examining the case based on merit and supporting evidence, and no delay or inaction can be attributed to them.”
4. In view of the assertions made in the proceedings dated 05.08.2025, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to take decision upon the proposals, dated 06.06.2025 made by the Tahsildar as expeditiously as possible.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
