GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in taking action against the unofficial respondents and their henchmen for trespassing into the petitioner's plots and abusing me by naming 2 my caste, pursuant to complaint dt. 11-6-2025 followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent police to act upon the complaint and take appropriate action against the unofficial respondents in accordance with Law, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the contents of the complaint submitted by the Petitioner are of civil nature. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Thota Gopinath, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same the petition may be disposed of. 4. Sri K.Mallikharjuna Murthy, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 is in attendance. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
