Heard Mr. S.N. Krishnatraya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned APP for the State of Assam. 2. The learned APP has submitted that, as per the report received from the Page No.# 2/2 Investigating Officer on 09.12.2025, the vehicle is not required for further investigation at this stage. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed. 4. In view of the above, this Court does not find any impediment in releasing the vehicle involved in this case on zimma to the petitioner, who has stated that he is the registered owner. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial court with an application for zimma of the vehicle, and the learned trial court shall grant zimma of the vehicle to the petitioner on such terms and conditions as it deems fit, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
