2. This bail application has been filed by the petitioners namely, (i) Nichukani Boro (ii) Smritinando Boro and (iii) Madhumita Boro under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking bail in connection with Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 294/2025 under Sections 74/76/117(2)/127(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. The allegations against the present petitioners, all of whom are women, is that they caught hold of the informant, tied her up and tore her clothes and also slapped and punched on her face, as the informant was throwing household trash in the vicinity of the petitioners’ premises.
4. It is submitted that the I.O. has collected all the evidence and the CCTV footage has also been handed over to the I.O. Hence, further detention of the petitioners may not be necessary.
5. Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioners are women, it is provided that the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Eleka Magistrate in

6. It is further provided that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not try to intimidate or influence the witnesses in any manner.
7. In terms of the above, this bail application stands disposed of.
