Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S, 2023 Page No.# 2/2 praying for grant of bail for the petitioner namely, Sri. Debal Deb in connection with Sessions Case No. 213/2025 arising out of Badarpur P.S Case No. 171/2025 registered U/S 117(2)/109 of B.N.S, 2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioner, who is the son of the informant, is that on account of property dispute, had assaulted the informant on the head with a bamboo stick but, local people appeared on the spot and rescued the informant who was thereafter taken to hospital for her treatment. 4. The charge-sheet has already been submitted and it appears from the medical report, as reflected in the charge-sheet as well, that the nature of the injuries were simple. 5. Having regard to the above as well as the fact that the petitioner has been behind bars for 77 days, further detention of the petitioner is not considered to be necessary. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. It is directed that the above named petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with 1(one) surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Ld. Trial Court. 7. It is provided that the petitioner shall appear regularly in the trail when one commences. 8. Bail petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
