The Learned Standing Counsel further submits that the 3'^'^ respondent Temple authorities have not proposed any action against the petitioner^ as alleged by the petitioner that they are interfering with the property. She further submits that any such action of interference with the subject property will be in accordance with law.
5. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
