Writ Petition No.7513 of 2025 respondent, to be nullified. There is no such power available to the registering authority and this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in a case of this nature where there is already a personal dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
