A report regarding interaction of Child Welfare Committee (CWC) with victim „S‟ has been filed wherein it is mentioned that after interaction with the victim, the victim has individually expressed her desire to give birth to the child and thereafter live with her bua only. She has also further desired to stay at Nirmal Chhaya till giving birth to the child. 2. During interaction with the concerned doctor on the last date, she had categorically stated that the victim is physically and mentally fit to give birth to the child.
