It appears that, applicant is residing at Rahuri (Bk.), District, Ahmednagar. The respondent-husband instituted proceeding for divorce before Civil Judge Junior Division at Shahada. The distance between place of residence of applicant and Court at Shahada is almost 280 kilometers. Considering that the applicant is a lady, it would cause inconvenience to her to attend the Court proceedings at Shahada. 3.
