Instant restoration application has been filed for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.135/2018, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 11.07.2024. 2. Counsel for applicant states that PF and notices were filed in compliance of the peremptory order dated [2025:RJ-JP:2227] (2 of 2) [WRES-863/2024] 11.07.2024, however, due to miscalculation of the days due to holidays, the same could not be filed within time. However, Counsel for applicant undertakes to file requisite PF and notices, soon after restoration of the writ petition. 3. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicant to file fresh PF and notices, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
