CORAM: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA and HON'BLE MR JUSTICE K. V. ARAVIND ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA) The following directions in the order of learned Single judge dated 27.09.2023 are made subject matter of present contempt proceedings,
"4. It is further observed that removal of name of the wakf at Column 11 would be subject to outcome of SLP No.19701- 19702/2013 pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is further clarified that in the event any third party rights are created, same would also be subject to the orders to be eventually passed in SLP No.19701-19702/2013 pending consideration before the Supreme Court and no equities would be claimed. The Wakf Board to carry out public notice to this effect."
2. In due deference to the order of High Court, learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar invited attention of the court to the compliance affidavit wherein it is stated that by virtue of order dated 27.08.2024 bearing No.MRT 6/2024-25, the entry of Wakf board at Column No.11 is deleted.

The deletion is made subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition which is pending pertaining to the said land before the Apex court.
3. In that view, the order of learned Single Judge is complied with.
4. Nothing survives in this present contempt proceedings.
5. It is accordingly disposed of. Since learned advocate for the complainants was not present even in the second half when the aforesaid order is passed disposing of the petition. Hence liberty is reserved for the complainants to revive the contempt petition if genuine ground exists.
