Also heard Shri SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3. This petition was instituted alleging deliberate and willful violation of the order of this Court dated 28.08.2019 passed in WP(C)/3009/2015. Ms. Kechi, learned counsel for the petitioners has, however, informed that during the pendency of this petition, the aforesaid order in question has been complied with. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement to continue with this proceeding any further which accordingly stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
