ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE K.SOMASHEKAR)
This contempt proceeding has been initiated by the complainant against the respondent/accused in respect of the
order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.15217/2021 (S-PRO) vide Annexure-A.
2. Paragraph No.6 of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.15217/2021 indicates that since the impugned order dated 15.06.2019 (Annexure-M) is not a speaking order, respondent-Corporation shall reconsider the same afresh and also give reasons for not considering the claim made by the petitioner in a manner known to law and not in the manner as understood by the Managing Director of the Corporation who would say that petitioner has no "AiÉÆÃUÀåvÉ".
3. Sri. Hanumathappa Haveri B. Gowdar, learned counsel appearing for the complainant is present before the

Court physically and submits that the order dated 15.06.2019, is not a speaking order. Therefore, the writ petition has been initiated.
4. Sri. Ajay J.N., and Sri. Ajay N Nandalike, learned counsel appearing for the accused are present before the Court physically and submits that prior to initiation of contempt proceeding, the same has been complied by issuance of Annexuer-R1 dated 19/20-05-2023. The Competent Authority has passed a detail order.
5. Keeping in view the order rendered by the Competent Authority, it is deemed appropriate that this contempt proceeding do not survive for consideration. Consequently, this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
