The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is pending and that the police would file a charge sheet as far as the investigation is completed. 3. It is also submitted that the police have issued notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya sanhita, 2023 (for short, “BNSS”) as directed by this Court. 4.
