[2] By the present application, the petitioner prays for impleading Director PG-MARB, National Medical Commission (NMC) as respondent no. 4 in the main Cont. Cas(C) No. 135 of 2025. [3] It is submitted that Director, NMC is required for clarification of one notice issued by them for creation of one Supernumerary seat in PG course of MS-General Surgery at JNIMS for the year 2025-26. It is submitted that the Supernumerary seat for clarification of the order dated 24.09.2025 issued by Director PG-MARB, NMC to the Dean/Principal, JNIMS, Imphal for creation of 1(one) Supernumerary seat in PG course of MS-General Surgery in JNIMS for the Academic year, 2025-26. It is submitted that the petitioner started in the Academic year, 2023-24 and hence, clarification is required from the Director PG-MARB, NMC. [6] Notice issued to the Director PG-MARB, NMC i.e. newly impleaded respondent no. 4 limited to the question of clarification of the creation of one Supernumerary seat in PG course of MS-General Surgery in JNIMS for the Academic year, 2025-26, whether it will cover the course attended by the petitioner so far with the permission of the Court since the year, 2023-24.
