Mr. Ahmed submits that he has instructions to withdraw this criminal petition. On the other hand, Mr. Sharma has submitted that on an earlier occasion also a criminal petition being Criminal Petition No.1379/2025 on the same ground was filed and later on withdrawn. 3. Mr. Ahmed submits that he will no longer file any criminal petition on the same issue before this Court, rather he would make a prayer in the trial court for seeking relief.
