2. The petitioner has preferred the instant petition under Section 482 of the CrPC with following prayer:-
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned FIR and entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR bearing crime no.895/2021 for the offences punishable under section 420 of I.P.C. at P.S.-Sarkanda, Bilaspur, Dist: Bilaspur (CG), in the interest of justice accordingly.”
3. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State has pointed out that the as per the status report from the website of the trial Court, the matter has already been disposed by the trial Court and as such, the present petition has become infructuous.
