Case No. 31 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 320 of 2016 for the offences registered under sections 406, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Arun Kumar Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur. 3. Rs. 5.00 lakh was allotted for construction of a school building in Margomunda. Money was allotted to the school authorities, but no construction was carried out. Petitioner happens to be the President of Gram Shiksha Samittee. 4. It was submitted that the Headmaster Vinod Kumar Marandi has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on better footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Arun Kumar Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur in connection with Margomunda P.S.
