Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. Page No.# 2/2 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Gossaigaon P.S. Case No.68/2025. 3. In this case, police has filed the charge sheet and the charges have also been framed by the learned trial court. 4. Thus, I do not find any reason to release the petitioner on bail. 5. Let the trial court examine at least 5(five) witnesses. After that, he (petitioner) shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.
