Heard Sri Peetha Shiva Sai Dattathreya Raju, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri Radha Krishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.CH. Naidu, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 2. Sri Radha Krishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.CH. Naidu, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, APEWIDC, Ongole, dated
04.08.2025. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. In the Written Instructions, the claim of the Writ Petitioner is admitted. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Administrative Department is the Social Welfare Department and the amounts have not been paid on account of lack of funds. In any case, the both Written Instructions would indicate that both the claims are admitted and the total net amount that is due to be paid to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.2,50,151/-. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, directing the Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental, within a period of eight weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the competent authority within two weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 3
