PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.324 of 2024 of Eluru II Town Police Station, Eluru District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and another for the offence punishable under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the deceased was doing beautician course at Hyderabad. Due to ill-health of her father, the deceased came to Eluru and during the said period, she got acquaintance with A1, who was working in ICU Ward of GGH, Eluru. He claimed himself as unmarried person. He came close to the deceased and started conjugal life. Having come to know about this relation, the de facto complainant, mother of the deceased, enquired about A1 and came to know that he was already married to A2, who is working as Staff Nurse at GGH, Eluru. When A1 was questioned, he assured that he would take care of the deceased. The deceased and A1 continued their conjugal life. It is alleged that A1 took cash of Rs.5,00,000/- and 10 sovereigns of gold from the deceased on the pretext that he would start a Beauty Parlour, but he used those amounts for his vices. Meanwhile, A2 started harassing the deceased in connivance with A1. Time and again the deceased was belittled. As such, the deceased was forced to commit suicide by hanging. A1 and A2 are the alleged culprits for death of the deceased. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 3 5. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that specific allegations have been made as against the petitioner herein/A2 that she along with A1 used to deceive the deceased while motivating her to vex with her life by herself in every aspect and the same was brought to the notice of the de facto complainant, mother of the deceased, many times and that, on 01.12.2024, in the early hours of morning session, A1 made a phone call to the de facto complainant and informed that her daughter died. Later, the de facto complainant came to know that both A1 and A2 harassed the deceased both mentally and physically and abetted her to commit suicide. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is not yet completed and some more witnesses are to be examined. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. 7.
