Heard learned Government Pleader for Appeals, Mr. T S Rayulu and the learned counsel for the respondents/claimants. 3. On 24.04.2001 a batch of LAOPs’ were disposed of by a common order. It would appear that the State represented by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cuddapah preferred LAAS.No.298 of 2008, aggrieved by the orders passed in O.P.No.12 of 2001, dated 24.04.2001. 3 4. As seen from the case details obtained from the website it would appear that the said appeal LAAS.No.298 of 2008 was dismissed by Hon’ble the Division Bench of the Erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide orders dated 27.10.2014. 5.
