Petitioner’s case is that on completion of requisite tenure as Junior Basic Teacher at Government Primary School Dundei, Education Block Gehra, District Chamba, he preferred a representation on 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3 seeking his transfer under 5% inter-district transfer policy. Yes. 2 grievance is that the aforesaid representation has still not been decided by respondent No.3/competent authority. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would be in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and applicable policy within a period of eight weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
