Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 2. The instant contempt application is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the judgment and order dated 22.05.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 418/2018. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 22.05.2018, a fresh cause of action had arisen, resulting in the filing of a fresh writ petition being WP(C) No. 1212/2023. The learned counsel therefore submitted that the present contempt application no longer survives. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant contempt proceedings stands dropped.
