With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this state.

Petitioner’s grievance relates to the withdrawal of Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) that was allowed to him on 27.08.2009 under order dated 18.01.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had repeatedly preferred representations to the respondents on the ground that ACPS had been withdrawn from him

- 2 - illegally, however, his representations have not been considered by the respondents till date. That petitioner had lastly preferred representation to the respondents on 20.10.2024 (annexure P-6).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case respondents/ Competent Authority is directed to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by directing the respondents/Competent Authority to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
