Dutta, the learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Ms. S. Mochahary, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant, Ms. Rumi Borkakoti, had expired on 23.01.2022 and to substantiate his submissions, he has submitted a copy of Death Certificate of the sole appellant. 3. He further submits that no one has come forward as legal heirs of the deceased appellant, so as to make a prayer for substituting them in this appeal. 4. Let the Death Certificate of the appellant, Ms. Rumi Borkakoti be kept in the records of the Regular Second Appeal, as no legal heirs has been substituted, within the stipulated period of 90 days, as provided by the statute, this Regular Second Appeal has, accordingly, abated. 5.
