The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 11.12.2018, 20.12.2018 and 16.08.2019 vide Annexures-D1 to D3. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures- D1 to D3. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2437 WP No. 17206 of 2021 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that it has made representations in the year 2018 and 2019 and the same have not been considered as of today. Hence, a mandamus is ordered directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 11.12.2018, 20.12.2018 and 16.08.2019 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-D1 to D3 in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
