This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to decide the MSME Application No. UDYAM-UP-54- 0003207/M/00002 of 2023 [M/s Paint Partner Anuj Agrawal Vs. U.P. State Micro And Small Enterprise Facilitation Council and another],Under The Provisions of Section 18(1) of Delayed Payment to MSE of the Mirco, Shall and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court;" It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that MSME Application No. UDYAM-UP-54-0003207/M/00002 of 2023 is pending consideration before respondent no.1. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.1- U.P. State Micro And Small Enterprise Facilitation Council to decide the pending MSME Application No. UDYAM-UP-54- 0003207/M/00002 of 2023, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
