JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court admitted this criminal revision petition on 27.07.2017 subject to the petitioner depositing of 30% of the compensation amount before the Trial Court, less the amount already deposited, if any, within four weeks from the date of order. On 31.08.2017, time was extended by one week to comply with the order dated 27.07.2017. Otherwise, the respondent is at liberty to execute the order of the Tribunal against the petitioner. On 15.09.2017, again time was extended by another one week from the date of order for compliance of the order dated 27.07.2017. When the case was listed before this Court on 08.01.2025, none appeared for the revision petitioner. Today also the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 15.09.2017 has not been complied. This Court also verified the records and there is no such compliance for having deposited the amount before the Trial Court since the records are - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3412 CRL.RP No. 767 of 2017 received recently in 2021 and till then not complied with the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently and hence no grounds to adjourn the matter. 3. The criminal revision petition is dismissed.
