Heard Sri Surya Teja Anumolu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a civil suit and obtained ad-interim injunction against the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police have registered a case and also informed to the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the Civil Court where the matter is pending. It does not preclude the petitioner to workout his remedy since the criminal case has not been registered by the police stating that it is a non congnizable offence.
