1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioners’ case from the respondent authorities concerned for the kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 07/10/2020 (Annexure P/1) passed by Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies Durg Division bearing Kramank/Sapadu/vidhi/78/2020/750. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable directions to Respondent no. 1 for initiating Departmental Enquiry against Respondent no. 5 and Respondent no. 6 and further be directed to submit the copy of the enquiry report before this Hon’ble Court. 10.4 Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstance of the case.”
