This miscellaneous petition has been filed for getting protection from private respondents No.6 to 20. Notices were issued to respondent No.6, who is father of petitioner No.1, and the protection was granted by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2020. 4. Learned counsel Dr. Ramdeo Arya and Ms. Poonam Mishra appearing on behalf of respondent No.6 submit that the petitioners have solemnized their marriage and this fact is evident from their marriage registration certificate, which is annexed as [2025:RJ-JP:29754] (3 of 3) [CRLMP-5643/2020] Annexure-3. For last 5 years, no one has reported before this Court that any harm has been caused to the petitioners, therefore, no further directions are required to be issued by this Court. Therefore, this petition is to be disposed of for non-prosecution. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
