The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S. Case No.01 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of Smt. Kusum Kumari, learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Ramgarh. On 07.01.2024 at about 5:00 P.M., co-accused Ravi Mahto is alleged to have raped the victim at a place behind Chittarpur Block. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case dairy has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
