Case of the Prosecution, in brief, iS that the accused kidnapped the defacto complainant while he was proceeding by a Mahendra Car and extorted huge amounts from the defacto complainant and wrongfully confined him ®In a room and beat h-lm With Pipes and Wires by demanding more money. on 15112.2024, the defaCtO COmPlainant escaped and admitted in Government Hosp'ltal. A perusal Of the mater'lal On record goes tO Show that an accusation has been made that a" the accused k'ldnapped the defacto complainant and confined him in a room for a period of 21/2 months and extorted an amount of Rs. 36,90,000/-I Dur-lng the COurSe Of investigation, the victim was examined and the pol-Ice seized an amount of Rs.4,22,000/- from the possession Of the Petitioners ®--3Ese-3\ herein. It is submjtteq by the learned counsel for the petitioners that I+ the victim is also arrested Ion connectI|On wI'th Other crI'me On the ground of cheating other persons and he js also languishing jn the same prison where the petitioners herein were lodged. 5. SI'nCe the victim has been examined in the present crI'me and petitioners herein were arrested on 18,12,2024 and since then they have been languishing in jail, thI-S Court I'S inclined to consider request of the petI'tI'OnerS herein for grant of bail. 6.
