By order dated 20.3.2025 matter was sent to the Mediation Centre subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/- and interim protection was granted to the applicants. 2. The Mediation Centre has submitted a report dated 5.4.2025 reporting that applicants have not deposited the amount. 3. On a query being made to learned counsel for the applicants as to why the amount has not been deposited, learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants will not deposit the amount. No reasons have been assigned for non-deposit of amount nor any application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.3.2025. Once the parties have not complied with the order dated 20.3.2025, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present application. 4. Accordingly, the present application filed under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed.
