Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents - State. 3. On careful examination of the representations, wherein it is stated the land in question is belonged to father of the petitioner, and the petitioner’s father died on 04.07.2022 leaving behind a registered Will dated 02.07.2021 and in that - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20139 WP No. 16364 of 2025 view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.5 and 6 to consider the representations at Annexures–H to H4 in accordance with law within an outer limit of three months from the date of the receipt of this order.
