Judgment 24/03/2025
Learned counsel for the respondents has apprised the Court that as on date, no seats are lying vacant and no interim order qua the petitioner is operational. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, taking note of the fact that as on date, no seats are lying vacant, that the petitioner has fairly conceded that some technical/procedure lapses has occurred while filling the application form and that no interim order is operational qua the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
