Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation made by the petitioner and conducted an enquiry by issuing summons to the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
